Morning (10 AM (1) PM)
Tournament sign-ups open at 10 AM sharp. Main Stage lobby. Don’t wait.
Lines get stupid by 10:15. First-round matches start at 11 AM in the Arena (downstairs, past the merch wall). At 12:30 PM, the indie dev showcase kicks off in Indie Dev Corner.
Bring questions. They’ll demo unreleased games.
Afternoon (1 PM. 5 PM)
Lunch runs from 1. 2 PM. Pro tip: Hit the food trucks behind Building C. Less line, better tacos.
Panel Room B hosts “Designing for Joy” at 2:15 PM. Seats fill fast. Be there by 2:05.

Evening (5 PM. 9 PM)
Tournament finals begin at 5:45 PM. Same Arena. You’ll hear the crowd before you see the doors.

Also. Water stations are only near the Main Stage and Rooftop Deck. Carry a bottle.
Dehydration hits hard during back-to-back panels.
Skip the 4 PM “Future of VR” panel if you’re tired. It’s good, but not that good. Go sit outside instead.
